Kimberly Daigle

Sometimes there are no words for the pain we experience in life. Counseling provides a way to explore and express that pain, creating space for healing and growth. While the past cannot be changed, counseling focuses on meeting individuals where they are and working collaboratively to create positive change for the present and future. Though the process may seem overwhelming, with proper support and resources, we can work together to break free from the pain and build a life you want to live.

Education & Licensure

I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Baptist University. I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas and am EMDR Certified. Additionally, I am Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed and I am currently in my intermediate year of training in Somatic Experiencing.

Professional Philosophy

At times, words cannot fully capture the depth of the pain we experience. Often, it takes effort to find the right words—just enough to help others understand our struggles and truly see us. While we can’t change the past, counseling focuses on meeting individuals where they are and working together to create positive change for the present and future. Though the journey may feel daunting, with the right support, we can move beyond pain and begin building the life you envision.

Experience & Specializations

I have experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for both addiction and mental health. I have also served as an advocate on a crisis hotline for human trafficking survivors. My internship experiences include working at a psychiatric hospital, a pregnancy center, and an adolescent residential center. These experiences have deepened my passion for working with trauma, stress, and women's issues.

Personal Background

Outside of my professional work, I am an avid lover of nature, yoga, and reading. I cherish winding down my day with a peaceful walk with my dog and meaningful conversations with my husband.
